Client needed to onsite consulting resource to lead recruiting effort for major location addition after highly successful initial public offering and staggering growth. Positions would include leadership, middle management and individual contributors for global support organization (100+).

Deployed consulting and white-label recruiting solution with senior consultant to lead recruiting efforts for ground-up organization in brand new location.

  • Initiated strategy to introduce and quickly elevate employer brand into city (new ground up location).
  • Worked with new management team to establish consistent expectations, recruiting workflow, candidate assessment, tracking and reporting.
  • Established relationship with workforce planning team to stage large number of headcount addition into an expanding facility over 12 month period. Included three physical moves over engagement.
